KORA'S HEART JOURNEY

This update is a bit different. We got our call for Kora’s surgery which was to be January 28th. Unfortunately, she had just come down with the stomach flu so our team had to discuss with Edmonton if the surgery could go forward as planned or get postponed. Our nurse touched base with me today to let me know surgery will be postponed a bit to ensure we are all healthy for the best possible outcome. They have openings still for early February so it looks like it will be happen

I figured I’d post a quick update as a lot of people are asking if we have gotten our call yet. We are still waiting on word when Kora will be scheduled for surgery. With her being listed as elective, things can get pushed around with her approximate time frame. So we are just trying to enjoy each day as much as we can! We are prepared to receive our call at any time but trying not to pause living life until then! I will send out an update again once we have received our call
